DRC Indicator Dataset: 2014 NHIS-Child

Welcome!

From this page you can download a compressed folder containing micro data and supplemental materials assembled by the Data Resource Center for Child and Adolescent Health (DRC) from the 2014 National Health Interview Survey Child.   

To download, follow these steps:

1. Click on the link below to download 2014 NHIS Child dataset with accompanying documents.

          2014 NHIS Child SAS  

2. Save the compressed folder to a local computer. 

3. Open the compressed folder and extract the dataset and other materials before attempting to open the dataset with statistical software. 

4. Review information about the NSCH and the accompanying codebook prior to conducting your analysis. The Census Bureau has further documentation on methodology, here.
