Browse NHIS-Child Data
The DRC website provides hands-on, user-friendly access to the NHIS child-level data, including health status, use of and access to health care services, family resources – food security, family cost for medical care. The estimates on the DRC data query are weighted to be representative of the non-institutionalized population of children ages 0-17 years nationally.
The data query below allows users to compare national and Census region level findings for children of different ages, race/ethnicity, income levels, diagnosis and health insurance type. Estimates at the state level are also available from pooled years of the survey data, where sample size permits.
